I design, fabricate and finish all of the charms seen here on Everyday Keepsakes. This means that each piece is unique and especially made just for you, the wonderful customer who is purchasing it.

All of the pieces purchased on EverydayKeepsakes.com will be packaged individually in a kraft cotton-filled jewelry box. These boxes are perfect for gift giving and can be shipped directly to the gift recipient with a gift note.

If you would like a special design or font, please email me at meredith@everydaykeepsakes.com and make your request. I will return your email within 48 hours and we can discuss the project.

Items listed are designed with a variety of different fonts and hopefully you will find one in the shop that will suit your tastes. If not, I am ready and willing to make a custom piece for you with a font of your choosing.

Yes, I do.  I would love to work with your or your organization on making a custom piece of jewelry.  I can work with you on designing the piece or take a sketch you've done and turn it into a charm.  I can take the order as a group or handle individuals with a private listing in the shop.  Please contact me for more information at meredith AT everydaykeepsakes DOT com.

Yes, we do offer discounts for bridal orders of 5 or more.  Please email us for any information or help planning special gifts for your bridal parties and family members.

Don't panic. :)  Just email us with your problem at customer.service AT everydaykeepsakes DOT com and we will work with you to figure out why the code isn't working or manually adjust your invoice.  Be sure to email within the time frame that the coupon is redeemable and even if you don't hear back right away we will honor your coupon.

To get savings on Everyday Keepsakes you can join the newsletter here and will get a 15% off coupon code in the confirmation email.  Also you'll be in the know when sales are happening.  This is a low-volume list and emails only go out when there are sales or new products added to the shop.

Another way to save and be updated on sales is to join the Facebook page.  Get a $5 coupon for your purchase when you Like the page and sales announcements are posted on the Facebook page also.

We accept credit card payments through Paypal.  Select Paypal as your payment form and when you use the paypal gateway, you can select the credit card option and enter your information.  You do not have to have a registered Paypal account to do this.

We accept Paypal payments through their website if you already have a Paypal account.

We accept check/money order payments by sending your payment to Everyday Keepsakes, PO Box 137, Milldale, CT  06467.  You must be logged in as a registered customer to use this option.

We will start your order as soon as payment is received.

Groupons and other coupons cannot be combined at Everyday Keepsakes, sorry!

Don't panic - even if your groupon is expiring in the next two minutes I'll get it figured out for you.  Contact me with the information from your Groupon certificate and we'll sort it out.

For non-custom pieces:

If you are not satisfied with your product in any way, please contact me as soon as possible after receiving your piece. If you need to return your item, please do so within 7 days of the receipt of your item. When the piece(s) makes its way back to me, I will refund your payment or replace the item.

For custom pieces:

If you are not satisfied with your product in any way, please contact me as soon as possible after receiving your piece.  Custom items such as Brag Tags may be returned for store credit.

Jewelry purchased at Everyday Keepsakes is made to order.  Once you have placed your order and payment is received, your new jewelry will begin to be shaped, molded and finished.  This may take anywhere from 10 days to 2 weeks until shipment.  Standard shipping is USPS First Class.
