Shipping & Delivery

All custom made items will ship approximately 5-7 business days from your order date.  If the piece is a custom order, the timeline will be discussed with you while ordering.
Shipping is done with USPS First Class mail unless otherwise stated.  There is a flat rate of $2.50 for all first class USPS shipping.
Expedited shipping can be chosen through the shipping section upon checkout.

Returns & Replacements

If you are not satisfied with your product in any way, please contact me as soon as possible after receiving your piece. If you need to return your item, please do so withing 7 days of the receipt of your item. When the piece(s) makes its way back to me, I will refund your payment or replace the item.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We accept PayPal, Google Checkout and checks or money orders. You can use paypal to process your credit card payment or pay with your paypal account. It is a secure and easy way to pay through the web.
Please note that all CT residents will be charged 6% sale tax on checkout.
